Resourceful adjective (OED)

Good at finding ways of doing things and solving problems etc.

Now, resourceful is a word I like to use. It’s a way I like to feel. It is a state which, for me, leads to good things.
When I feel resourceful, I am able to achieve more. I walk differently, I act differently. . More people engage with me…and smile.

To be full of resource. I guess suggests health, vibrancy, power, creativity, energy. You get the picture…it’s not a bad place to be.

I know when I’m in a resourceful state and I know that’s where I want to be. It motivates me and it enables me to help others. Whether I’m coaching tennis or working in a business environment, if I feel resourceful, positivity will flow and exchange.

So as people, as friends and as leaders, being in a resourceful space is where the great stuff happens.

Yeah, so how do we find this state of resource? Where does it lurk when we’re feeling tired and unmotivated…running on empty?

Well, I can assure you it’s there; inside your mind and inside your body. It’s waiting to be summoned. It wants to surface. But you need to find it! You can create a path to release all the resource you need and I can assure you, it brings easy power. The sort of power that helps you nurture a colleague to a breakthrough moment or crush a forehand down the line…

I’m happy to help you find your resourceful state. It can start with a thought…

Just reach out when you’re ready to start…
